Come and visit us at London Vet Show on Stand B44 to meet us and learn more.
To help you be the vet you want to be, we’re offering free one on one career coaching sessions with Dr. Dave Nichol BVMS Cert Mgmt MRCVS - please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to book in whilst places last!
We are not your traditional veterinary practice. All our 7 clinics (more opening soon!) are huge and purpose-built, with separate dental, x-ray, lab and ultrasound suites. Each clinic has at least 2 operating theatres, 6 consulting rooms and a very spacious prep area, along with a cosy staff room where our teams can put their feet up during breaks. We encourage you to come and see one of our clinics for yourself and have a chat to our team!
In our clinics, our teams come first. We believe that if our people are happy, working together and sharing ideas, then we know you will be more motivated to give pets the gold standard care we always aim to deliver.
As a relatively new business looking to change the industry for the better, we listen to every one of our team members to help us create the clinic of the future!
Our team leaders are there to support and inspire us, to lead by example and help us think outside the box! You won’t be short of support, we have an office dedicated to supporting our clinic teams, plus each clinic has their own business manager, Clinical Director, Head Nurse and other deputy positions, all to help create a cohesive, smoothly running team.
Why are we different for customers?
In a world where almost anything can be done at the click of a button, the traditional veterinary practice has become stuck in the past.
No longer do pet owners have to wait weeks to attend an appointment, at an inconvenient time of day, in a converted Victorian house. We don't believe in appointments, or in 9-5pm opening hours. Our customers can pop in before or after work or at the weekends to receive veterinary care when it is convenient for them.
No longer do pet owners have to pay an arm and a leg for every visit to the vet - we offer affordable prices, which means customers can afford to provide their pets with the best possible care and means we have the opportunity to do more work-ups and aren't too limited by an owner's wallet.
Our impressive facilities are a breath of fresh air for our customers, they leave knowing their pets are in the best possible hands in a caring, hygienic and comfortable environment.
Mythbusting the walk-in clinic system!
Contrary to popular belief, a no-appointment system doesn’t have to be chaotic. We make sure we have enough team members to be able to cope with customer demand and we manage customer wait-time expectations by having our waiting times online, so that customers can check how busy we are before they visit.
Our teams have praised the no-appointment system, Gavin one of our vets in Waltham Forest, had this to say:
“If you are running 15 minutes late in an appointment based system, then every customer you have for the rest of the day will now be waiting 15 minutes. This simply doesn’t happen with our system. I have not worked in a clinic with such happy clients before and their turning up when they like plays a massive role in that. Clients don’t mind waiting, people will automatically leave themselves plenty of time before their next errand, so this takes away the pressure of time constraints which in my opinion is the largest pressure there is in this business.” – Gavin, Vet
